In our ongoing commitment to fostering agricultural innovation and community development, the Puzuri Group of Companies (PGC) Agro team recently engaged in fruitful discussions with soybean farmers from Benim in the Kintampo South District of the Bono East Region. The meeting centered on exploring potential partnership opportunities for the upcoming 2024 minor season, with a focus on enhancing soybean production and empowering local farmers.

At PGC, we understand the pivotal role that agriculture plays in driving economic growth and alleviating poverty, particularly in rural areas. By collaborating with smallholder farmers like those in Benim, we aim to empower local communities, improve livelihoods, and contribute to sustainable agricultural practices.
During the meeting, the PGC Agro team listened attentively to the needs and aspirations of the Benim soybean farmers. Discussions revolved around the farmers’ request to partner with PGC on comprehensive soybean packages for the upcoming minor season. These packages are designed to provide farmers with access to high-quality seeds, fertilizers, agronomic support, and market linkages, ultimately enabling them to maximize their yields and income.
